Jerry Garcia and Frank Zappa –1980 - Kindred Spirits

This was an in-camera double exposure.  It was not planned. I couldn’t afford a lot of film back then, so when I have taken a few shots on the roll of film and there was nothing left to take, I’d rewind I back and leave the leader out so I can use the rest of the film.  I write on the leader how many frames I shot and later when I put it back in the camera, I’d advance the film past the number.  I forgot to advance the film past the earlier exposures.  Only one of the double exposures worked. They never played together.

The print will be hand signed by Steve.
