Grateful Dead – Winterland Arena, San Francisco, CA – 12-31-77

New Year’s Eve at Winterland was always a treat.  Bill Graham always did something special.  I loved shooting from behind the band.  You were so close.  The Dead made sure that people can see and hear the band from behind.  Bill Walton has this photo in his house.  I gave The Dead a 20”x30” copy and they signed it and gave it to Bill. 

The print will be hand signed by Steve.
